CREATIVE COMMONS

Creative commons is the Australian derivative project of the international Creative Commons project that is a non-profit orgainsation which offers flexible coyright management tools from creative work. The whole purpose of Creative commons is to offer a range of licences that creators can use to share their work on the online environment without having worrying about their creative work being miss used for commerical purposes.

For more information simply view hhp://creativecommons.org/about/license

the following are some examples of licenses that allow you to do with an image

Attribution- If a work is copied or redistributed under a Creative Commons licence, credit must always be given to the creator.
Non commerical- This give others to copy, distribute, display, present your work and derivate work based upon it but doesnt allow you to use the work for commercial purposes.
No derivative work- This lets others copy, display and perform only verbatim copies of your work.
Share alike- This allows others to distribute derivate works only under a licence identical to the licence the protects your work.

Free digital Photos

-If you use a free version of a photo you must credit FreeDigitalPhotos.net
-This photo may be used in products that are sold, but only where the photos are used for illustration or decoration
-This photo may not be used on products where the image is the sole reason someone would buy the product - for example greetings cards, mugs, T-shirts and so on.

Things you can not do with the image
offer the images for sale or distribution
claim them as your own work
include them in "web templates" which are subject to mass-distribution, whether the templates are free-of-charge or paid-for. This is because of difficulties in ensuring our terms are adhered to by the ultimate website owners. There are no exceptions to this rule
use them on merchandise where the image is the sole reason someone would buy the product, for example greeting cards, T-shirts, mugs and so on.

1.I am prepared to share some of my work, the pieces of work which i will not share is works that others will be miss presented and used for commercial purposes.
2. If i was to share my creative work on the online environment i would want viewers to acknowledge my work by giving me a reasonable price to copy and use my work. The things that they must not do is to use my creative work for commerical purposes. and also wouldnt want anyone to change my creative work and give it a whole new look to it because at the end i was the one to put time and effort into this piece of work and i would like it to stay the way is it.
