BAD POSTURE
When sitting in a chair my parnter sits facing her head down, and leaning her back onto her chair in a uncomfortable way. Her chair is adjusted higher than the desk. She is sitting very close to the desk. her feet are rested flat.
By comparing this to a correct way of sitting in a computer, it isnt similar at all. She is sitting in a Bad posture which can lead to many injuries.
By sitting in a correct way it isnt comfortable at all because i am not used to sitting fully tight and straight in a chair.
The right posture in sitting in a chair is to have a highly adjustable chair that could support your lower back. By leaving room between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knees. Sit up straight with your head and shoulders facing straight towards to the computer, when using the mouse and the keyboard place your hands in a comfortable way. Sit up right and make sure your feet are rested flat on the floor.
The three ways i feel comfortable in my seat are,
1. By sitting very close to the computer desk and adjusting my seat forward.
2. By sitting upright and adjusting my seat back to rest my back.
3. By crossing my legs onto my seat and adjusting the seat more further to my desk.
